Letting and Management fees

The Let Only Service
A fee equal to 12% of annual rental income, which is inclusive of VAT.
Let only Service fee includes marketing, tenancy viewings, tenant referencing through Homelet referencing, preparation of tenancy agreement.

Full Management
An initial fee equal to 12% of annual rental income, which is inclusive of VAT.
And then from the second month of tenancy the Landlord will then pay 10% inclusive of VAT per month management fee, continuous for the term of the rental.
The Full Management Service Fee includes marketing, tenancy viewings, tenant referencing through Homelet referencing, preparation of tenancy agreement, inventory preparation, check in and check out of tenants, administer and register deposit, regular quarterly property inspections with full client property report, full rent collection service.
