About Me

Nigel Anderson is a Chartered Surveyor who has been involved in property for over 25 years. Having been London trained Nigel has specialized in the South East and has a vast experience as a registered Residential Valuer covering the full range of properties from country estates and homes, weald village houses and cottages, land and development sites, residential town houses as well as commercial premises throughout East Sussex and Kent.

Nigel lives in Udimore with his wife Penny and their two children, and has an in-depth knowledge of the local area and a wealth of experience on which to draw. After being involved in corporate estate agency for most of his career, Nigel opened Consider It Done Sales in 2010 and launched Anderson Hacking in 2018 offering not only a professional but a more personal approach to the property process for sales and lettings with advice geared to people’s personal requirements and tailored to their needs.
